I just got this recipe from a colleague of my boss, Art Cashin. It sounds like it could be very tasty if done right.
White Castle Thanksgiving Stuffing
“White Castle Stuffing”
The version that I read says it makes two trays of stuffing. They also said to prep the burgers by putting them in the refrigerator overnight before you get to work. I am going to do it this year for Thanksgiving and i want to throw them in the oven and toast them up a little before I use them.
30 White Castle Hamburgers – no pickles
1 ½ cups diced celery
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon ground thyme
¼ teaspoon coarse ground pepper
¾ cup chicken broth
Quarter the tiny burgers with a knife instead of tearing them. Put into a large mixing bowl. Then add celery and seasonings then mix. Add broth and mix again. Put in your baking tin or tins. Slide in oven and warm until brown.

How will it be shared? In the beginning you can expect mostly blogs and images of what we decide to discuss. With the addition of videos probably later.
In Terms of Content: Even though we have not planned out a schedule of our future postings here is what you can expect: Immediate reviews of firearms, gear, beer, technology, scotch/bourbon, weight training and music. I think we will start with broad categories, such as the different regions of where scotch comes from, and then build the category with scotch reviews of those regions. Same can be said for all other categories. It will be easiest for us to get what we already know and love on the site first and then explore the different categories we think will be fun and worthy of sharing.
Please also understand that neither of us are English majors and there most likely will be grammatical errors. We hope this will make us better writers, but umm deal with it!
Mission Statement: Man Relm
Our mission as founders of the ManRelm is to host a site of broad knowledge compiled for the use and benefit of men everywhere. In most cases we may not be the creators or inventors of the knowledge but we have used it to our benefit and enjoyment and think it should be passed on. We will share our findings through blogs/articles, images and videos. A sample of the categories we will delve into include: Technology, Beverages, Knives, Watches, Firearms, Vitamins, Automobiles, Clothes, and Music. We will not limit ourselves to only reviews but also discuss conceptual ideas within a topic. In the beginning we ask you to be patient as the site grows. We are doing this as a hobby to start and have full time jobs on the side. Unless otherwise stated anything that we review/discuss we will have used, imbibed, experimented with or whatever. This will lead to more accurate information and give us an excuse to give our significant others when we spend money on cool stuff to test and review. Reading back on this, it sounds awful serious, especially for being written at 11:44pm. The full intention of this endeavor is to share manly stuff, laugh and be happy….Oh and get rich of course. Men, we will do our best to keep you manly in this wimpy world!
Every man should be aware of or know how to recite the Phonetic Alphabet. Basically, it replaces the letters of the alphabet with actual words that begin with the letter so it is easy to understand. If you are in an environment where it is difficult to hear the person you are in communication with the Phonetic Alphabet can be of good use.
